i believe your kit is a locomotive workshop rather than a central locomotive kit. Bob Smith (CLW) always used brass castings while Jan Lorenzen (LWS) used Britannia castings as he called his white metal castings. His etching were a lighter brass than CLW. It looks like a nice kit and should build a neat loco.
