Selling at a TCA Meet?

There's a TCA meet at the end of September in the Houston area. I have never been to one, and have absolutely no idea on what to expect. The early announcement said the 'vendor tables' are $10. Is that something I can do to sell perhaps 15-20 cars that no longer fit into what I want to do, or do I need to be incorporated? If I can just buy a table and sell stuff, I may have further questions.
