I appreciate that Steve and his buddies are promoting the hobby of operating tinplate toy trains, but modules offer so much more than tracks on a sheet of plywood. Now that Chris and I have our basic modules finished, we are looking forward to detailing each to the quality of our elevated station complex. The "Wow!" factor comes from a combination of trains and accessories. Our old ravine modules show that detailed scenery also works well with tinplate. (Now we just need to do it with lighter materials!)
