Bruce, Yes sometimes things don't work right. Maybe the "upgrade" the service provider put out the middle of last month has something to do with it not displaying Digital Member. Maybe not. If you go to the Tech Support page you could post a question about it. I don't see that problem addressed, but I didn't search too far.
