UPS ground service within 400 miles is 1 day. 800 miles is 2 days. Ground service unlike air service is not guaranteed. Of coarse the shipper actually has to ship it in order for this to happen. That's the great thing about modern tracking system. You can actually follow the package once it's picked up.
