short question re track clips

I'm still trying to get the hang of the forum search engine so sorry if someone had asked the same idea but anyhow the little question is: is lionel the only one currently selling clips to hold non-ballast tracks together on floor? I thought I saw some on gargrave but it looked more like individual per-rail clips for to bolt to a bench surface instead

I'm not particular to any specific track brands [from in canada] at this point yet but will mention if this ever changes
