Is that the same Joe Destito who previously lived in Westchester County, and owned a small commercial building in White Plains, NY?

If so, my law office used to be a subtenant of one of his tenants in that White Plains commercial building.

Maybe this model railroader Joe Destito in the Syracuse, NY area is the son of, or related to, the Joe Destito I knew from Westchester County. Arnold
