Sorry to hear that you lost your mom. She must have been a great mom and that is a tough loss (speaking from experience). Don't worry, you're not the only working stiff out here on the forum, there are plenty of us with family expenses that must come first. Just keep plugging along with a purchase when you can justify it. You you don't need an entire wall of Premier locos or 6 Z4000's wired to a 24X40 ft layout to enjoy this hobby. A little bit at a time will eventually amount to something much more than you have now. Again, i'm very sorry for your loss. In time, your sadness will subside, replaced with wonderful memories.
