Signal system Wappengersfalls NY

So looking for some info on the guy that use to do or maybe still does Signal Systems for RR think he was from Wappengerfalls area of NY think he designed Atlas's system and others and had a web page. any info would be helpful as we are now entering that stage of RRing on my layout.
