Yes the switch is lettered like in the illustration. Using the legacy remote I put smoke to high, and increased the effects and labor of the locomotive but with no change. Tried turning smoke on/off with remote in addition to the physical switch under the cab but no luck. Going to test track current as suggested above to see if that gives any insight into the problem.
