In my humble opinion, I think Lionel is still working out the kinks of locos that run all on conventional, Bluetooth and Legacy controls. I also think Covid affected some QC in China and Korea where these are all made. Both locos that I bought this year have required warranty work. One was LC 2.0 (China) and one was Legacy (Korea).
