That number is clearly wrong, the 28009 is a semi-scale Hudson! I suspect what you have is the 28064 JLC UP Challenger

I routinely replace the 27 ohm stock resistor with a 20 ohm resistor, it really does help the smoke output. Of course, I also usually am installing the Super-Chuffer as well. I have the JLC Challenger sitting behind me waiting on it's Super-Chuffer install, it'll get the usual smoke tuneup in the process. Part of most of the installations is the four chuff upgrade as well.
