Careful. In the extremely dry southwestern states, I've seen 4449, 844 and 3985 issue no vapor what so ever, out of hot cylinders/cylinder cocks after a 15 minute service stop.

And likewise on hot, dry days at IRM there would be no visible vapor out of 1630's cylinder cocks.
