Reply to "Sometimes, It's Better Being Lucky Than Good"

I would like to be lucky and good.

But forced to choose, I think "lucky" could turn out better than your best "good".

There's always some little detail that I didn't think of in my good planning.

Whereas lucky would always take care of that detail.

 

In my case there are a few examples where I was neither lucky nor good.
