Reply to "Sound works sporadically Vision line Reefer HELP!!!"

I do not. The farthest up the chain I got was an e-mail from Dean Brasseur "Senior Customer Service Manager" stating they will authorize the 3rd RA for my reefer. If you can provide me Mike's e-mail hopefully he can help me out.
