Unfortunately, they're not roller bearing with rotating caps, are they? That's the reason I use Atlas trucks as much as possible. Ok they work best if kept 'rigid', rather than remove the cross plate that then allows a bit of equalising, but I've found the binding of the axles more trouble than the springing is worth.
