Southern Pacific Coaches Paint Scheme

Hello all,

So I am soon going to be in the process of painting some of my coaches to a Southern Pacific Scheme. As I have been looking around though it seems as though Narrow Gauge Coaches were as "fancy" as their standard counterparts. They currently are a dull green. I was thinking of painting them like the Daylight Scheme or a dark reddish brown. Thoughts or suggestions?

If it helps at all, the locomotive that will (mostly) be pulling theses is a solid black with gray front.
