Not many models got the spinning fans. As noted, K-Line had a few that had them, and I have the Wabash Train Master with the motorized fans. I think it's a cool option, but one knock on the spinning fans is everything is plastic and they start to get noisy pretty quickly as they wear, probably why Lionel doesn't want to do them in new stuff.
