Spokane Portland & Seattle O scale Decals Found!

I need help! I'm trying to find some SP&S Road Diesel decals in O scale. I'm working on a custom Atlas Fantasy Alco C630's. (SP&S never had C630's.....but they had C-636's)

Microscale does not carry them anymore in O scale and do not plan to it in the future.... Anywhere else I can acquire Decals?

Dry Transfers are fine. Water transfer is fine. Anything really.

The Red and White S.P & S R.Y decal is my main concern, Numbers/ and fonts would be a bonus.
