Had the same issue with the same engine I got secondhand. I went through and oiled every spot I could find, even the oil wick in the motor, still squealed. Finally narrowed it down and a drop of oil on the motor armature did the trick. The whole time it was visible in the cab, I didn't need to take it apart. I also assumed the wick oiled that part, but I guess the oil didn't make it's way up to where the armature sits in the motor cover.
