I spoke and exchanged e-mails with them back in January and again in March both times given the family illness story. They assured me that my order would be filled.
I am pretty confident at this point that no coal loads will be coming in the mail.

St. Charles is not looking very reputable.

I ordered 48 coal loads! so it was a huge bill. I paid in full. I would wait the few weeks they said but it looks like it will be a lot longer based on you still not having loads!
