Nice to see all the replies. I am using some No. 10 freight cars for now, budget considerations. The 10's look pretty drab, but they will do for now. I found a No. 17 caboose painted yellow. I was going to strip and repaint until I read of the red primer early variation. This caboose has it on the bottom and under the roof. I have found that the extra friction from the many wheels of the freight cars make this loco work harder than with the passenger cars. I had to put Std-72 track on the layout. Pictures to come. Technology willing.
