The attached is from issue number 7 of the newsletter of the Standard Gauge Association dated Fall 1959. It details the "proposed" standard based on the earlier formulations and practices of W. K. Walthers. The SGA folded without ever publishing another newsletter so we will never know if these standards were adopted.
