I like the flow of green lights to show which switches are thrown to know the movement of trains across the switches.
Looks like the lights on the left tell if a track is occupied?
Is this for above or under-table storage?

Jim, you nailed it. The green LED's will assist the operator in determining traffic flow based on switch allignment. GREEN indicates the turnout is aligned for normal (usually straight) and a RED LED will indicate a diverged setting.
The YELLOW LED's on each yard let light up if the track is POWERED, weather occupied of vacant. Power is controlled by the staggerd toggle switches along the left side of the panel.
The panel is mounted above grade. If you look closley on theft you can see tracks.
