Staying safe and building

I am a retired firefighter and own a pest control company which at the is at a standstill for now. Instead of complaining, I decided to take this time to start putting my Ameri-towne buildings together and working on some other home projects. The one thing this VIRUS is teaching us to do is slow down. Slow down take a deep breath and remember what is important, family, friends and your health. I have developed the attitude that I can not change the world outside but I can control the world I am creating in the basement. There  is no virus, no crime, everyone has a job and the neighborhoods are peaceful and serene. When you start feeling cooped up and grouchy about the situation, just escape into your own private world and take the extra time "forced" on you and just enjoy yourself. Remember how you wished you had the extra time for working on your layout? Now we have time and I am putting it to good use. Stay healthy, happy and busy working on your layouts. Just like a bad dinner, this too shall pass.
