I tried that setup and got the same inoperable result. The only difference being that my DZ1000 machines are connected to a bus with A power and the common is run to the ASC2. This is per the wiring recommendations from Lionel in the ASC2 manual. I will attempt to post a video later this evening showing the problem I'm having.
