Stock car with sounds question

I'm interested in the stock car with cows that make the moo sounds.

I have a modest 4x8 layout, but I have it fixed up pretty good. It is powered by a couple of wall things that come in the train sets. I control my trains with the a universal remote. LionPlus.

With this activate the stock car moo sounds? Or do I need the more fancy control stuff?
