If you folks aren't satisfied with the way Lionel handles repairs the answer is very simple - DON'T BUY FROM THEM. If you continue buying from them knowing there's a potential problem(s) shame on you. There's no need to complicate a cheese sandwich and there's certainly no need to bring here..
