Reply to "Stuff coming back from Lionel service worse than it went in"

How many interactions after the first time to resolve an issue with the manufacture is reasonable before voicing a public opinion?  

My opinion is none.

This especially frustrating when the item arrives back after several weeks to find it in poorer shape than when you sent it in to employees “trained” in handling and packaging trains.
