I just cut out windows from clear packaging material I get from time to time on misc. purchases I make. I then glue the windows in place with Formula 560 Canopy glue made by Pacer. This glue works great for plastic items and other parts too. I had the same problem on my R12 with curling window material. After doing the above treatment it looks like new and only cost me the price of the glue I used. I have done this on many windows and found this to be the best solution.
