I have also spoken to Mike Wolf and Andy Edelman about doing the BMT Triplex cars on several occasions and at several yorks. I also suggested how they could make Gate cars from the Q car design. The Gate cars would be good models i think since they are an interesting design, require no TA logo and operated on both the IRT and BMT as well as similar cars on other transit systems. They could be correct with trolley poles as well.
