John, what's happening here with this customization and tweaking is interesting.
Hoopla wants to charge for theme customization like this. However, as time goes on, more and more other Hoopla users are posting snippets of CSS to the Hoopla support site to accomplish the needed changes. When you posted your question, I went to Hoopla Support, did a search for posts using the words "link underline" and found what I needed.
I still cannot find anything that will display an already visited link in a different color, but I'm aware that we need that, too.
