Here is a building I am working on. Found the pieces (all apart) in a box at the club. Using foam core for the floors and roof. Slight sag on the floors but not at all visible when the final wall is installed. LED lighting lights this up real well. The top two floors are currently vacant and I will create a "Space Available" sign to stand in the front. Each floor measures out at 1,200 rent-able Sq Ft. The platforms are scratch built using my available supply of Bass and Balsa wood. You can see one of the windows was missing, Perhaps Hurricane Sandy damage which I patched up with a balsa sheet, I kind of like the damaged lived in look.
The building will be placed on the TMB club layout in the next week or so and I will post final pictures, hopefully next week
Can anyone identify the kit and who the maker is?
