Mel, yes I built it to go behind the elevated track arches I just finished. I took a building that existed and tried to stay close to it's design as I could. It was next to the train station in Springfield Ma. built as The Cooley House in 1849 and then in 1928 became the Hotel Charles. It was taken over by the city of Springfield in 1988 and this section burnt the same year. The trains ran next to it and over Main St at "The Arch" bridge.
