The shape of the headlight changed, as the glass panel covering the headlights was omitted. The new opening is rounded rather than pentagonal as well.
The AC-DM vents... I'll leave that one to you guys. Theres differences on the sides and the roof, as well as the additional hardware for the 3rd rail shoes.
If you do the work for a P32, you might as well make the Empire service paint job for the Amtrak 700 series. Note also, the escape door nose instead of a numberboard.
