Swapping a Lionel Legacy version GP-35 shell?

Is it possible to swap a body shell from a Legacy nonpowered (dummy) engine to another powered Legacy Lionel GP-35? I need to rework my Legacy GP-35 powered unit and change it over to another railroad name.

Can this be done.
