That Bill is a #41 U.S. Army switcher from 1955 / 57 bought on ebay for like 28 bucks seller said inop, rebuilt e-unit runs good, Is a little loud like Bob has said, I did add a led light, as they come with out. fun little switcher I see alot on ebay the plow and Ballast Tamper cost a bit more for a good complete switcher.
