I “switched” from 3 rail O scale to 2 rail O scale. You know just to make it harder. My layout is just a switch layout on the top of my bookcases. To work it or take pictures I have to stand on a short ladder. Thus are the issues of an O scaler in Manhattan.

This week I had to go up to do some things upstate. So I get to add some handrails on my 1 to 1 scale but gaugeless caboose because I have not reinstalled the track or found wheels. In my original post you can see my o scale model of it in the third picture. The 1 to 1 is sitting on original ties in a former mill yard. The mill is long gone but can see the old mill office (our family home) in the back.

I am waiting for the perfect switcher to push this around. It could make a fun Inglenook. Some day.
