That is a freelance load I made specifically for the car.  I picked up the K-Line 16-wheel flat car at a recent train show.  I needed a load to justify having such a large car.  I used Plastruct components from my inventory and a piece of 2" PVC pipe.  I still need to make decals and tie downs to secure the load.

The backstory:  The Bradford-Underwood Manufacturing Company is a fictional industry on my layout that builds industrial filtration systems.  This unit is a high capacity filtration system destined for a government facility.  It is a Model BU115H1T FILTRATION SYSTEM. The B-U plant is serviced by the AC&Y.  The AC&Y will deliver the load to the Penn Central who will forward it to its destination.
