Don, its the same sort of thing on the Plywood Empire Route! Management was too cheap (and some would say....lazy) to repaint the SW1500. In the right lighting one can see the US STEEL lettering through the hastily applied black cover-up paint:

Yes, it is less than 100ft above the ground because on landing approach. The runway is a couple hundred feet to the right. There is a sailplane club at the airport and any nice Saturday the tow-plane spends several hours towing them aloft. You don't want to come in too low in one of those things.....you can't grab a handful of throttle, pull back on the stick and circle back.
