Found this switcher resting the day before TG in the CSX yard which is sandwiched between I-95 & the trendy Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. This yard appears to be a large tanker car-to-truck operation. The north end of the yard had numerous waterfront spurs that are embedded in the pavement -and I can attest to the slipperiness of those rails when wet !
