Hello again Switcher Saturday crew, and a I hope everyone has an good Memorial Day weekend.  

If you can appreciate little locomotives that do big things, you found the right place.  Every weekend we share pictures, stories, videos and whatever else comes to mind regarding switcher locos and sometimes other little critters that move things about on the rails.

This past week I had a special delivery from Ebay and you would think Christmas hit the house. Check out the action here. ( you might want to be cautious with the volume on the first video!)

 

For $50 this was the best buy I have made in ages.  Mrs. Z even let it stay up in the living room for the week as the little guys did play with it intermittently all week.  I did try to make a copy of the coloring sheet at work but the paper was too heavy to feed through.

The crayola themed switcher has a little damage, but the kids don't care.  It would be nicer if it had a horn, hmmm......

Anyway, show us your switchers, have a great weekend, and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.

 Had to share this with my wife'.. A great cheer up on an ugly rainy day, her in S.W. CT.  There is nothing like the excitement of youngsters when enjoying a surprise... Hours of fun ahead'.... 😁👌👍💖😀
