Well, I can't read the engine number on the cab but it is three digits and the first digit isn't a "1". Also it is unmistakably an EMD end-cab switcher

According to the website roster if the first digit is NOT a "1" it has to be either an SW9 or an SW1500 and there are no outboard hand-rails so I deduce it is ex-NYC 894:
