SPSF - Strikes me that the guy with the camera was a complete jerk. The security ladies were just trying to do their jobs. The railroads have a lot of trouble with potential theft in container yards, I believe. So security takes a dim view of unusual activity. He's just the guy that no photography rules were developed for.
