Reply to "Tail End Tuesday"

Great photo's everyone!  @Dallas Joseph- what a great PE scene, so many elves and caribou, great work. @Sitka, @rjsmithindy, and @Apples55 great observation cars, love the streamliners but am nostalgic about the old heavyweights that Sika showed.  rjsmith - great winter scene loved the snow, Apples 55 who can not love the PRR and its great livery. @trumptrain- #75 is really showing off her "rear" - great scene and setting Patrick.  @leapinlarry - loved the BNSF switcher and the Genset, great photos on your layout.  Loved the scenes.  OBTW we are planning (tenative) our ski trip for March and learned that Amtrak has brought back the "Ski Express" (shades of the "City of Denver) from Denver to the ski resorts...maybe a plan for a trip?

Today, I know I am late, its 1825 here in Texas so Tuesday is fading fast...However, I can't let a T.E.T. pass without trying to contribute, so here is (like me) an "old work horse" still trying to earn their keep.  This is the Lionel 152 heading up Outfit 261 containing both the No 800 box and the The 801 Caboose from 1924.  A long way from pristine, but still working hard.  The loco still can pull her weight although I don't run it too much as I don't want chance ruining the motor.

First the "Tail End Tuesday" view, showing the 801 Wabash caboose, car # 4890 on the tail end of this short caboose hop.  This caboose is a long way from new, but then again I hope I am in as good a shape at nearly 100 years old!!

Here is the 152 getting ready to pull the caboose out for work, got to pick up those cars for delivery to local industry by morning.

Here is a side view of the whole caboose hop moving out to work the industries of Small Town ( int the background).

Happy Holidays everyone.  Best Wishes
