He must be busy with other work. Otherwise, he normally would have replied by now.

I know samples were just sent out recently for review, and usually Menards doesn’t announce a release date until the sample reviews are done and Menards is sure about the product and ready to ship.

So we’ll have to wait for a reply either way, I guess.
