I don't know what your first question was, but if you are already a member, you can register and pay for your York pass on-line. It's really quick that way. It either will get to you or it won't. If not, at 9:00 am Friday morning you can get on the shortest line at the Silver Hall, identify yourself, and a pass will be handed to you in mere seconds.
If you mean that you applied for membership, AND are waiting for the pass, I can't say. Probably you should call TCA headquarters, to check on your application's progress, and then call the telephone numbers printed on the York paperwork, and ask them about your pass.
Remember that the folks who handle TCA membership are in no way connected to the folks who run the York show.
