@Jeff_the_Coaster_Guy posted:Thanks for the info! Do these shows typically have vendors who have small DCS setups where they can help people like me (for a fee)?
If I brought my two steamers (PS3 Hudson and PS2 S-1) would there be anyone who could help me load a new sound file and also change chuffer rate?
Never been to a show. Is it just a bunch of "get off my lawn" type guys who get mad if you ask questions and ask retail price for 30 year old new stock? I've been to other shows like that, just not trains.
Hello Jeff: I am railbear who posted that notice about the TCA show in Cincinnati, Ohio. My friend Steve Rider will most likely be at this show. Rider repaired trains at Davis Trains, Milford, Ohio for many years until the store was closed. Bring your engines and your questions to this show and Rider will most likely be there to give you answers. I tried to reach him on Wednesday (12th of May) and he was not home. If he is not going, I will give you an email back -- please send me your email. sincerely yours, railbear601@zoomtown.com
