Tender switches on Weaver C&NW Yellow Jacket 4-6-2 ??

cnwdonOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have two Weaver CNW Yellow Jackets, supposedly one with Railsounds/TMCC and one without, but both have these unexplained switches on the tender. The instruction manual doesn't mention them.

Can someone speak to their purpose? They suggest TMCC but the labels are not the usual PGM-RUN and CMD-CONV.
