A combination car ("combine") and a dining car for the long, low, sleek, and elegant Lionel/Ives 1695 passenger cars. That set would look GREAT in Reading two-tone green (dark green sides; light green band along the windows; yellow lettering). Steps at the vestibules, too. Brass trim. Keep the 6-wheel trucks, of course. They are the forerunners of Irvington car trucks.
Come to think of it, just about ANYTHING would look good in Reading two-tone green . . .
